Heal

HEAL with us

Private or specialized group classes provide a safe and supportive environment where you can learn to off-load and calm painful joints and tissue by purposely guiding your movement and resetting your neuro-motor system.

  A thorough intake process by one of our highly trained instructors ensures that we understand your unique fitness needs and goals.

  A personalized Pilates program designed specifically for you allows you to safely get back on the path to health and pain-free movement.

Move

MOVE with us

Beginner and intermediate level private and group classes offer you foundational principles, new movement sequences, and variations with props and modifications.

 A variety of group Pilates classes, in-studio or virtual offer the right level of challenge for every level, helping you maintain and gain strength, flexibility, and ease of movement for all of your physical activities.

Creative programming and modifications support and challenge you as you progress in your Pilates practice.

Train

TRAIN with us

  Intermediate and advanced-level private and group classes offer challenging, varied, and demanding workouts.

  Optimize your strength, endurance and conditioning goals to prepare for an event or competition.

   Incorporate props and new equipment to expand and evolve your current cross-training routine.

INITIAL INTAKE SESSION

$70 - $140

PRIVATE SESSIONS

✔️ 55 minute session customized to your fitness goals

✔️ Feedback and coaching specific to your movement patterns
