The Fascial Movement Foundation course is an in-depth exploration of the structure and function of the fascial system, combined with innovative exercises, props and programming to unwind and restore proper fascial function. ***This course is appropriate for participants who are certified in STOTT PILATES® mat and reformer (or an equivalent certification) and have a minimum of one-year teaching experience. An education in STOTT PILATES® Injuries and Special Populations (ISP) course is preferred.

• Detailed insight into how the fascial system supports the body, and how specific cues and images can help move with integrity
• A comprehensive series of fluid exercises that promote balanced strength and mobility. These exercises can be used as a stand alone class, or incorporated in to Pilates classes
• A spectrum of continuing education classes to expand the repertoire and how to work with different populations
