The Intensive Fitness Program is for anyone wanting to teach private sessions or group classes in studios, gyms, or fitness facilities.

What it provides:
The focus of the Intensive program is on providing students with an in-depth understanding of STOTT PILATES methods and the capacity to teach the repertoire. Adequate time is spent on analyzing exercises and providing adaptations and modifications for clients of all fitness levels. Students with at least 30 hours of personal Pilates experience are encouraged to apply.

Program Length:
Modular course format allows students to self-select a pathway of courses best suited to meet their career goals.

The Rehab Program is for licensed healthcare professionals who wish to apply Pilates in a clinical practice.

What it provides:
The Rehab program gives a systematic approach to movement and neuromuscular re-education. It provides the ability to observe and understand optimal and non-optimal movement strategies and how these relate to pain and pathology. Courses focus on clinical problem solving and how to effectively use therapeutic exercises and movement sequences for rehabilitation and injury prevention.

Program Length:
Modular course format allows healthcare providers to self-select a pathway of courses best suited for integration into an already existing clinic or private practice.

Additional training for fitness instructors who want to explore and expand their knowledge and movement expertise.

Each of these courses give additional knowledge and expertise to movement instructors hoping to gain a robust and integrated fitness movement portfolio. Whether you are looking for a synergistic blend of mindful movement techniques, a high energy fitness repertoire, or understanding the responses of fascia during movement, supplemental courses are always a benefit to add to your education.

We offer workshops for new and experienced Pilates instructors, movement instructors, and healthcare professionals who want to enhance their education.

What these workshops provide:
These workshops are designed to deepen your education and give you credit toward your annual Merrithew requirements of .6 CECs every year. Students may petition to receive credit for other disciplines and organizations.
