Announcement: New Payment Process for Clients

Like so many businesses today, Pacific Northwest Pilates has had to make considerable changes to meet the needs and demands of a virtual world. We’re requesting your help, so we may create safer, more efficient online communication systems to effectively help you pay and sign up for classes at our studio.

Beginning Tuesday, September 8th, we will no longer be able to accept cash or checks. We will be taking online payments for the studio and education center through our secure online payment system, MINDBODY. Clients and students will need to have a credit card on file through MINDBODY. There are two ways we can provide assistance to you with your payments.

1) Pay on your own and purchase packages online through your MINDBODY account. Watch the video below if you are unsure on how to do this.

2) Give us permission to bill your card on file by emailing the studio (info@pacificnwpilates.com). Use email only to grant permissions for package purchasing. Please do not submit your credit card information to us by email.
