The Quickstart class is an incredible way to learn the basics of reformer pilates in a really safe and supported environment. The instructors did an excellent job at supporting each persons unique goals and challenges. I walked away feeling confident being able to go enter a Pilates class and understand how to modify the exercises for my body.
Quick note: this series is intended for healthy bodies without current injuries or special therapeutic needs.

The Pilates Quickstart Series runs seasonally on Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.
