Learn Pilates Reformer Fundamentals in 8 Weeks!

Practice & Perfect the Essentials of Pilates in 16 sessions

The Pilates Fundamentals Series at Pacific Northwest Pilates (PNWP) provides clients an opportunity to learn the fundamentals of Pilates over an 8 week period, twice a week.

Every class will be taught by a certified STOTT PILATES® Instructor. The program provides participants with the foundation, skills and body awareness to progress step-by-step through the basic reformer Pilates programming. Clients who attend the Fundamentals Series will gain the strength, flexibility and coordination to move confidently to the next level and attend drop-in classes.

Small, personalized classes teach you:

  • the five basic principles of STOTT PILATES
  • over 30 basic reformer exercises including modifications
  • full-body movement for strength, flexibility, balance & coordination
  • how to improve movement patterns to keep your joints and tissue healthy
  • to adjust the Pilates reformer for your body
  • to use small props to intensify or simplify exercises
  • modifications and cues to help you get the most out of your workout

 

The Pilates Fundamentals Series runs seasonally on Tuesday and Thursdays from 5:45 – 6:45 p.m.

July 16 & 18
July 23 & 25
July 30 & August 1

Note: There are no classes the week of July 4th.

Full Package:

$480.00 ($30/class)

8 weeks | 16 group reformer classes total. No refunds or make-ups.

In the event of poor winter weather conditions, classes will be rescheduled.
